    A bit of human decency would go a long way for the staff. Truly unprofessional. Asked to use the toilet for my year old son and was refused because they were closing in minutes. When I asked a second time because it was for my son, the trio just walked into the kitchen where we couldn’t see them mumbling amongst each other. I guess it’s hard being ginger, the lack of soul and everything. Rude and slow at making coffee too which I was going to let slide until the toilet incident - lacking pretty much everything that makes you a good barista!

    Most disappointing drink I've had in a long time. I get a Costa once in a while as a treat, doubt I will again. Was stood first in the queue for minutes despite other staff seeing me and them asking another staff member to serve me. When I eventually was served my order was made fast but very wrong and it was disgusting. A frappe is suppose to be iced, not mearly coldish milk. No time or effort was made and it certainly tasted like it

    I don't often visit this Costa, I usually go to the one in the George Mall and I think I might remain going to the George Mall store because sadly I had quite a poor experience with customer service in this Costa. I ordered a Salted Caramel Latte hot, twice and both times I got a caramel syrup latte. I went back for the second time to ask for the sprinkles on top and AGAIN they acted as if they put them on but didn't.For their reference I can tell if they have put them on as this is how a proper Salted caramel latte hot is suppose to look!I wish I had got their names to advise the manager but I didn't see a manager on shift!
